Pré-Inscrição
- Atenção: haverá um número mínimo de alunos inscritos por disciplina principal (Instrumento / Canto / Dança / Teatro / Academia Júnior). Não havendo esse número mínimo de participantes, essa disciplina poderá ser cancelada no final do período das pré-inscrições.
- Há também um número máximo de alunos inscritos por disciplina principal (que varia de acordo com vários critérios) de forma a garantir o melhor funcionamento por parte da organização e o máximo aproveitamento do curso por parte dos alunos.
- Para proceder à pré-inscrição deverá preencher o seguinte formulário até ao dia 1 de Junho.
Inscrição e Pagamentos
- Para garantir a vaga da pré-inscrição, entre o dia 3 e 16 de Junho serão contactados todos os pré-inscritos, por e-mail, com a informação relativa à sua aceitação no curso e dados para o pagamento da inscrição.
- Os pré-inscritos que não realizarem o pagamento até ao dia 30 de Junho perdem a vaga reservada, passando a mesma para o pré-inscrito seguinte. As inscrições e pagamentos encerrarão a 30 de Junho, com a excepção dos alunos que forem contactados posteriormente para preenchimento de vagas.
- O pagamento será feito por transferência bancária, correctamente identificada, para um IBAN a divulgar oportunamente.
Cancelamentos
- A pré-inscrição não tem qualquer custo, no caso de o aluno decidir não proceder à inscrição definitiva.
- O cancelamento após inscrição e o respectivo pagamento não dá direito a qualquer devolução. Excepções poderão ser contempladas, por um motivo de força maior e correctamente justificado. Nesses casos será retida apenas uma taxa para despesas administrativas.
- Se o curso for cancelado por um motivo de força maior todos os pagamentos serão devolvidos.
Gravações
- Não sendo obrigatório de momento enviar com a pré-inscrição qualquer gravação áudio ou vídeo, os alunos que assim o queiram são convidados a fazê-lo, através da inclusão de um link na ficha de pré-inscrição ou de o envio de um ficheiro (correctamente identificado) para o e-mail da Academia.
- A organização pode pedir a qualquer momento uma gravação aos alunos, se tal se justificar para auxiliar o processo de selecção.
- Os Cantores que desejem fazer audição para um dos papéis principais dos bailes representativos «Tirsi e Clori» e «Il ballo delle ingrate» by Claudio Monteverdi devem enviar assim que possível, uma gravação (se possível em formato vídeo) interpretando uma ária ou cantata italianos compostos ca.1580-1650.
Pre-Registration
- Attention: there will be a minimum amount of students enrolled per main subject (Instrument / Singing / Dance / Theatre / Academia Junior). Without a minimum number of participants, a subject may be cancelled at the end of the pre-registration period.
- There is also a maximum amount of students enrolled per main subject (which varies according to various criteria) in order to guarantee the best functioning by the organization and the optimal usage by the students.
- To proceed with the pre-registration you must complete this form until the 1st of June.
Registration and Payments
- To guarantee the pre-registration slot, between the 3rd and the 16th of June all pre-registrants will be contacted by e-mail, with information regarding their acceptance in the course and the payment of the registration.
- Pre-registered who do not make the payment by June 30th will lose their reserved place, passing it to the next pre-registered. Registration and payments will close on June 30th, with the exception of students who are contacted later to fill vacancies.
- The payment will be made by bank transfer, correctly identified, to an IBAN to be disclosed in due course.
Cancellations
- Pre-registration is free of charge, in case the student decides not to proceed to the final registration.
- Cancellation after registration and the respective payment does not entitle you to any refund. Exceptions may be contemplated, for reasons of force majeure and properly justified. In such cases only a fee for administrative expenses will be withheld.
- If the course is canceled due to force majeure all payments will be refunded.
Recordings
- It is not mandatory at the moment to send any audio or video recording with the pre-registration; however, students who wish are invited to do so, by including a link in the pre-registration form or by sending a file (correctly identified) to the Academy email.
- The organization can request a recording from the students at any time, if this is justified to help the selection process.
- Singers wishing to audition for one of the main roles in the scenic balls "Tirsi e Clori" and "Il ballo delle ingrate" by Claudio Monteverdi are advised to send, as soon as possible, a recording (if possible video) performing an Italian aria or cantata composed ca. 1580-1650.
